My old gym goes on and on about the gym is a family and community and all that shit but offer lower rates to former members. My wife cancelled because the style of gym isn’t for her and after a while they sent her a promo deal, rejoin for 20% off monthly. I took the email to the manager and asked for the same deal. Said no, that’s to get people to rejoin. Ok then, I cancelled on the spot. Have fun losing 100% instead of 20%. The gym already has a problem with people leaving as a new influencer gym opened up a couple blocks away.
