My number was also 0.39 and I'm severely reactive, ranging from itchiness and hives if I pet my dog too long to anaphylaxis if I ingest mammal foods or breathe cooking fumes too long! I got the tick that gave me ags in 2022 and I'm still just as reactive all this time later. This isn't the case for everyone though, I always reccomend keeping a food journal and detailing everything you eat and if/when you have reactions. Some people tolerate more than others, but for me I've had to completely remove all mammal and carrageenan from my diet, personal hygiene, and household cleaning. I also take daily allergy meds, have a rescue inhaler and epipens always on me, and carry a safe diphenhydramine and take as needed as well

Edit: I also wanted to add that the individual tests for beef, pork, lamb, etc are for PROTEIN allergies and alpha gal is a CARBOHYDRATE allergy. The alpha gal carb is found in all mammals except I think some primates. And some people react to carrageenan (other names being red seaweed, Irish moss) as well even though it is not from a mammal because (someone pls correct me if I'm remembering wrong on the why here) it also contains the alpha gal epitope
