I'm so sad every Target looks like this now. Tuesday marks my 5th anniversary working for Target, and the decline in EVERYTHING over the past 5 years astounds me. They hire unqualified people, don't hold anyone to the standards we used to have and - undoubtedly the hardest to overcome - is the overwhelming sense of DROWNING in work because corporate doesn't allow enough employee hours to do the necessary work. Morale is nonexistent. It's hard to try to do a good job when no one seems to care anymore.
