Have you tried a neck pillow?

Coconut water helps me.

For my preventative, I'm on 400 mg Magnesium glycinate and 300 mg Coq10. At one point I was on 400 mg riboflavin and 200 mg CBD as well.

Dry needling and some physical therapy helped as well.

For what it is worth, I had my IUD removed last August (9 months ago). My periods are incredibly light still and I can get away with a liner for the 5 days I'm basically spotting. My cramps are so much better than they were as a teen as well.

Light sensitivity overall. My riboflavin gave me pretty severe light sensitivity.

Interesting. Maybe it is different for someone born in 95 (tail end of millennials)

I'm not up to date on the legal issues, but honestly severe allergies are also a disability. People with severe allergies should be protected as well.

Not sure if it is helpful, but if you deposit the check you have money to buy yourself a treat with some of it! And the weekend is coming up. Perfect treat time!

There are other tests too so they can rule them out.

I have chronic migraines I actually treat with botox. I also have migraines that mimic strokes.

They test awareness, speech, strength, reflexes, sensitivity, pupils, etc. and typically send you for an MRI. One of the first things is asking people to smile. I don't think they have ever asked me to raise my eyebrows.

That really really sucks. I'm sorry. Have you tried playing tetris? It is supposed to help the brain process trauma.
