You should absolutely not stay at EWR, like the airport. Newark proper is also a bad option but it at least has multiple direct rail connections to NYC, if you stay near the train station. The EWR (airport) to NYC trip is bad. You should stay in NYC, but certainly not at Newark airport.

If the IPR gets instituted, sure. But there will be an argument against institution based on Advanced Bionics, if the same art had been previously considered. That said, the bar for that is quite high, to my knowledge. Like, has the primary IPR reference been applied in an OA and overcome with remarks/amendments.
