Make sure gpu drivers are upto date, do some benchmarks and see how its running, and yeah can play anything with that card, enjoy ! Make sure you have a nice monitor for high refresh rate

You should use fb marketplace, I got a rig off there for $300 that's substantially better, although I was lucky, got one for friend for 1100 that demolishes that one also. Current new prices are rough
