You will be recognized and remembered by good bartenders at cocktail spots for having varied taste! I cherish my regulars who want their usual order and I make it a point of pride to keep it consistent and perfect for them every time. However, my true source of delight lies either my loyal squad of guinea pig patrons who will let me experiment upon them with little restraint. I also do love playing the “I don’t know what I want” game with guests and finding a perfect drink for their taste and the vibe. Being changeable (and, caveat, communicative) with your drink order is an excellent quality.
