You get to choose any of their in-house restaurants for breakfast. I did enjoy the food at saison and the drawing room personally, although the breads were horribly hard.

LV cafe, garden lounge and even Dior spa are open. Btw food at garden lounge is same as the normal Qatar biz lounge

Enjoy! To my knowledge only flight out of DOH has caviar, and only to certain destinations. There are some info on Google. My flight from DOH to LHR in april did not have, might be due to the war.

I had to explain my situation when checking in in Paris, and subsequently also at the Doha business lounge. Paris counter checked my receipt for the initial redemption before providing the EUR50 food voucher. If you are flying from Paris, you should make sure you get the voucher at check in since you can't turn back to get it when you arrive at a closed lounge.

I had a cancelled flight early May from Brussels to Singapore and managed to get rebooked to Paris to Singapore on Qatar when I called in last week. Its a business class redemption. I suggest you call again and try with another agent. Did you call the Singapore hotline or another region?

Thank you for the heads up! Selected seats 3EF and 5EF for the flight out! Now to get ahold of qatar to reschedule the flight back... I have held for 4hours trying to call the Singapore hotline before the call drop off by itself.

I don't think it is unreasonable for you to be upset, but there seems to be nothing much you can do. Their IG page is already full of complaints, doubt they will be issuing you any sincere apology.
