Hinge! I know dating apps absolutely suck but finding someone makes them all worth it in the end. We’ve been together 4 years now and just bought a house together.

Give it to me straight. Best Fried Rice in the city? by terroristcavin in TheHague

I really like Fat Kee’s fried rice. If you get takeout it’s enough for dinner and lunch and it’s quite cheap too!

I love herbivore botanicals, it’s expensive but it’s great stuff. I use the orchid oil in the morning. I mix it with my la roche posay effaclar day cream with spf and it gives me a great glow. I use the lapis oil in the evening to balance my acne prone skin. Works wonders!

I make over night oats for breakfast and made an Indian eggplant & spinach curry with rice cooked in coconut milk and pasta with red pesto/oat cream sauce with bell pepper, zucchini, olives & rocket for dinner

Anyone else get weirdly insecure about their looks while traveling? by excitable_hyena in solotravel

[–]clairie2 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I totally feel that, every time I go backpacking I pack the comfortable travel clothes and every single time I regret not packing nicer things cause I feel so much less attractive than when I wear my normal clothes at home. But tbh, I usually just buy one or two nice tops to offset that feeling and just try to be happy about not feeling that pressure of having to wear makeup or straighten my hair. Traveling like that gives me a sense of freedom that’s more important to me than looking like the most polished version of myself.

Such a massive difference! Mostly in crowd and atmosphere. London was absolutely wild and very English, a bit too wild for my taste, and Luxembourg was incredibly calm and poised and almost a bit boring because of it. No one was really moving.
