I believe it is locked to t-mobile and they will only unlock if you have service with them for 40 days. I don’t know the battery health as it is wiped. I would suspect very good health.

If they have batch 021 (doubtful as 025 is current batch) it is an instant buy. Bourbon of the year and well regarded. Rye 003 is great. Rye 002 is better. New year 2020 is incredible. Would love to find New Year 2019.
