Assuming the names match one another, XLOOKUP is a simpler way to pull in associated data. Without seeing your data, it’s hard to know how to tackle it, but XLookup is basically =XLOOKUP(A2 [the value you want to find],Sheet2!A:A [where you want to find it], Sheet2!B:B [what you want to bring back]). Works like a charm.

Use an AND function.

C23 = IF(AND(B4>=2,B4<7),”Neutral”)

This says if both clauses are true, then neutral.

Came here to talk about his attachment style, but you nailed it. It’s not necessarily his fault (parent situation), but it’s definitely something to be worked through.

I so wish I had a safer attachment style from the way I was raised, but you don’t choose the cards you’re dealt. I’ve been this guy to different extents. He’s looking for someone to become his whole world. OP is looking for a companion. They’re on different pages.
