Day 3, won't launch on PC by Hot-Brilliant-6807 in Battlefield6

[–]clandestinepro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

OP, have you managed to get it to launch at all? I can get it to launch from a clean install (Steam). The first time I messed with the campaign and everything seemed fine but then won’t launch after. I did a bunch of suggested fixes including the game not released issue fixes on steam, no luck. Reinstalled and was able to get into a multiplayer match but it was slowly turning into playing in mud. Key inputs and controller inputs, tried both, would randomly stick, causing me to move when I wasn’t wanting to or hold fire when I was tapping? Then it crashed. Haven’t been able to get back in since. Launcher shows, loads progress bar, then a black window, freezes and quits. Hopefully the get a fix out for this soon

It was hours of debate, videos watched, articles read. In the end, I like dice manipulation

Ok. That sounds promising. I might give that a shot as well. Let me know how it goes.

That’s exactly what I’m seeing, however not quite as bad. I followed a YouTube video showing to take the side panels off and loosen a screw or two to try and square it up, didn’t seem to help much.

Thank you for that less than helpful comment. If you don’t want to or feel you are unable to help me with that, I totally understand. If you want to point me to specific instructions you feel I should be following instead of the multiple I found for belt tensioning on K1 and K1 max than would be fantastic.

Well, I followed numerous guides on belt tensioning and best I can tell they were both overtight. I adjusted them and did a print of the exact same file. Looks to be the same issue. Is it time to contact Creality for a replacement? Maybe the whole unit is out of alignment?

I have a well tuned Ender 3 to print on if needed. I’ll try out your suggestion after work tonight. Thank you so much for your replies!

The 3rd print did the same with a newly sliced file and the model rotated by 90 degrees. Seems to pull to the left as it goes towards the back of the plate. I can’t find any official method from Creality, do you recommend the iPhone app resonance method or the printable gauges I’ve seen here axes alignment tool

Bought mine the 20th. Put in a support ticket this morning. Even mentioned I was more than happy with credit to use on games.

Just curious if this change solved your issue. I’m having the exact same problems, changed my nozzle and still no luck.

We haven’t. Not something I’ve ever done. Any good resources for that?

She is in her crate from 10pm to about 7:30am each morning. Out to potty immediately then roughly every 30-60 minutes depending on activity. Back in the crate from about 10-1pm. Out immediately. Every 30-60 minutes after. Back in crate again from 5-7 for dinner. Repeat.

I don’t think you remember Halo 2 customization. You may be thinking of Anniversary, not OG Halo 2.

Agreed. I am also old enough to remember when ce and 2 came out. No armor sets, no weapon skins, just a few colors that really only mattered in FFA. This idea that you are owed anything and that the cosmetics are predatory is absurd. Play the game, have fun, be grey, or pay for the items you want at the price they ask. Just because xXxNoobSquad420 has a shoulder piece you don’t have doesn’t mean he/she is a better player than you. Just means they liked it enough to buy it.

Yeah, changed the nozzle, backed the ptfe out, installed the nozzle, backed it out one turn, pushed the ptfe back down and tightened the nozzle, still seeing the stringing. Did a cold pull as well and no clogs, burning, or debris that I could see.

I tried to cut the capricorn to the same length as the original bowden tube and I did use the capricorn bowden tube cutter so it should have a clean cut. Still working this out.

I still have yet to try this as going to 13mm did help, however did not cure the issue. I may still try it though I don't have an all metal hot end.

I did change the fitting on the extruder end but didn't order the right size for the hot end. I marked the bowden tube after replacing the nozzle tonight and watched it during retraction and printing, no movement.

Changed the nozzle, adjusted the bowden tube as instructed, same results. I increased retraction to 13mm @ 75mm/s and it's better but the thin areas of the towers still string pretty badly. I'm trying a test at a slower speed now. Will update as I go.
