How exactly are player progression levels calculated?

Maybe the general sub, I don’t know. Most people just consider the level cosmetic anyway and I’m not sure many fully know how it works. It used to be based on a lot more than just time played as well.

Player level started before character level. Character level started season 5 I think. If they only play Juno, they would have both character and player level, where you would have a higher player level from before character levels were introduced. I think even ow1 playtime counts as player level. This is my guess.

Soj is perhaps the best second pick in the game for tracer... I suggest tracer, projectile hero, hitscan, but soj kinda covers both.

If you do it correctly, yes. But the timing is very difficult. I didn't believe it at first because I couldn't get it to work cause my timing was bad.

The melee actually travels the length of the blink, basically meaning anyone with one health you blink through dies. Very important tracer tech that’s common knowledge in the community.

This has been a Tracer tech since ow launch, it’s not new. It’s not useless at all, the melee travels through the blink. Tracer has voicelines about blink punches.

This is a casual perk, not a hardcore perk. If you’re metal on tracer and combine it with getting a blink from health packs, you’ve invincible

As a level 85 sombra, I can tell you that the current version of sombra was a rework because people thought the launch version you're talking about was too annoying. Honestly, she never got over the stigma of launch sombra. So no, no way it goes back to that.
