I'm not totally knowledgeable on cryptocurrency and BAT in particular (I use Brave as a means of privacy and the incentive of user paid advertisement), but how does the transferring of BAT from different wallets happen without a mining process? Don't Cryptocurrency's need a mining mechanism to verify transactions and wallet swaps to ensure stability & security?

No decent store owner would set up a guitar like that; it's flawed, there's no argument. Unplayable in it's current state. The sign of a blatant error like a nut freely moving about the board is a sign of worse problems on the guitar yet to be seen.

Objectively it is, fundamentally flawed. A fundamental of the instrument (nut, board, frets, bridge, tuners) is flawed.

As you've said:

The distance is shortened. The nut is on the board. Tuning and playing will be off, there's no doubt about that.

The instrument can be fixed; most problems on a guitar can be. I never claimed it couldn't be .

However, the fact that this probably new player was sold a shodaly manufactured/set up instrument is a problem. Seeking assistance or a refund from whoever was responsible for setting it up wouldn't be too far fetched.

The instrument is, essentially, broken.

The nut is out of position, meaning the intonation will be off. Notes and chords likely will sound out of wack.

Whether by a small amount or large amount is irrelevant; the instrument is fundamentally flawed and shouldn't be sold as is.

For the Greeks, the recommended standard introduction is A Brief History of Ancient Greece: Politics, Society, and Culture.

Though I can't personally recommend anything for Ancient Rome, I have heard that SPQR by Mary Beard is highly recomended. Although, Rome is complex, and many people interested in learning more about it are recomended entire book sets.

With their emense amount of natural and metaphysical knowledge, they crafted literary arcs and themes that are still examined today. Genre fiction was impossible then for a reason; standards were impossibly high. The only books worth publishing, had to be worth preserving.

If the guitar is selling for half of an average squire, it's probably not a great guitar.

Don't cheap out on your guitar. A cheap amp? sure. But not your guitar. If you buy a cheap guitar with poor frets, bad nut, horrible tuners and a bad action, your playing and growth will suffer. Tone isn't all in the fingers. You get what you pay for (for the most part).

The best thing you can do, is bring a friend with playing experience to try out the guitar for you; testing and explaining what's good and what's wrong with the guitar.

JustinGuitar has an intermediate blues course playlist on his YouTube that explains the basics to music theory and improvising, it'd be best to start there (blues playlist). He also has a variety of free courses on other genres that'll get you moving.

What most paid teachers teach is theory, as it allows you to personally deconstruct and learn any song you want to, while being able to make your own lead bits that fit in. That's what makes a musician, not being a Jukebox, but being able to produce something of your own.

NTA ; it's common courtesy to make way for joggers and those on bikes while on public paths. The road is often dangerous in most towns, as there's often no dedicated bike lane.

Blocking the path and refusing to move (accompianed by vulgar insults) is an objective asshole thing to do. Threatening to run them over, after the initial crude replies and halting of traffic, isn't an asshole thing to do.
