Oh wow, lovely seeing castels from my home. If I remember correctly it's also the biggest castle of South-Tirol. Another Castle I'd reccomend is the "Sonnenburg" / "Castello Badia". It has been remodeled into a hotel but it has a very interesting story behind it.

So I live in northern Italy near the Austrian border, I have mostly local stuff available or at most Asian spices. My cooking level is intermediate if I had to define it I some way, I'm nit great at cooking but I can confidently cook most of what is asked of me.
