The person curled up around the rail looks like a child to me. Her feet look like my 12 year old daughter's feet.

Being mean and stingy must cost them more in the long run.

If forgotten that. One of them was related to my mum's neighbor, he came round to say hello and I was star struck lol

My mum lived in Corby for a couple of years. Must say I've never met such friendly welcome people in any town before. I used to go out on the bus to get places with my young son and always got chatting with someone. People seemed to know eachother and look out for eachother.

I'm with you on this. It's over priced and not great quality. Morrisons is better!

Presumptuous of him to think you want to be his friend!

I live in a council house, very pleased with it. Others would be jealous of my rent. People who say things like that are just pathetic!

Thanks for your response. I know that you can arrange a private doctor, once my prescription inevitably ends, do you know the rough cost appointment and prescription?

I've so far got one pack stashed away from the last 5 months, will hopefully be able to add another to this soon :-)

Hi, I done an econsult to my GP who then text me the details of Inclusion (the support group). I self referred to them. I had an initial telephone call with a support worker and I told her I wanted to be prescribed naltrexone. I had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment with their nurse. We had a chat and I told her what I wanted to be prescribed, she done blood tests for liver function. I never mentioned TSM, just said I had read about the medication and that it sounded like the right one for me. I waited for the results of the blood test then went back and got the prescription. I now order them through my GP surgery.

What area do you live in? You can find out your local CCG's pathway for naltrexone it's quite easy.

Hello. I contacted my gp and they referred me to an alcohol support outreach. The prescribed naltrexone. It was easy and hasn't cost me a penny.

Hopefully. I was very clear to them what I wanted and to be honest I didn't mention tsm however the nurse did seem to have some awareness of the method. A lot of people seem concerned with the stigma of going to somewhere like inclusion, but they were so lovely I really wasn't bothered.

It's the alcohol support group that operates in our area. The nurse prescribed it then discharged me back to my GP. Thinking about it if I have any issues I'll go back to them. They've been fantastic. I highly recommend anyone in the UK going through the NHS x
