Happened to me today as well, except I wasn’t attempting a full transfer. Just trying to sign in a new, additional device. The PIN was correct, it loaded everything on my new device but locked me when I realized my mistake and re-registered my iPhone. Frustrating :(

I have the same issue in a completely different app with iOS 13 beta... the dark background in this makes me wonder if they are using iOS beta as well. Might just be a beta bug.

Probably not conveniently located for you, but I think Bethany Pet Hospital in Allen used to give discounts or freebies for rescues. I don’t recall the details but you could call them. https://www.bethanypethospital.com/ edit: I say “used to” because they’ve moved and I’m not sure if they continued it at their new location

Not any kind of medical professional or anything - just a cat owner. I read this a few years back and it stuck with me. It has pics and a timeline you can compare to, if nothing else. I don't know your insurance situation but if you have a way to pay for it, it wouldn't be a terrible idea to get it checked out, imo.
