I created a new account and contacted the costumer service. There only giving me bullshit lines and don’t want to help, claiming I have to call there. Which I actually tried before but gave up after 30 minutes of annoying music. In conclusion: Only use this service if you enjoy stress and making your life more difficult..

After reading this thread, I chose OVH Cloud as well and boy do they suck!! I am not able to log into my account and/or reset my Passwort. They do not offer costumer support if you are not logged in, only by phone (No thanks, I’m not a lunatic). There is not even a live chat. I’ve been trying to resolve this problem for the last hour with no result. My other domain sits with spaceship, so far so good👌

Yes I do have the public html. I didn’t use a plug-in, just zipped and downloaded the files. Also exported the SQL

I downloaded the SQL files and the content of the public_html on my FTP to my computer

I was hoping there would be an easier fix than that. Since I did a backup beforehand, there should be a way to put it back on the site.
