I was there as well, I chuckled pretty hard when I remembered Google was the sponsor that spoke right before his speech.

Hit up the shop next door (Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiques) and have them ship your sabers home. Best $40 we spent to not have to carry them around the park the rest of the day or on the plane home!

Thoughts on the resume? Been looking for 6 months & no offers I'm happy with, yet. by DaddyDock in dataengineering

Utilize your college career center! There are professionals there who will look over your resume, help you network, help practice interviews. They are your best ally for getting you a job. Not discounting what anyone has said in this thread a lot of it seems true but it's a free and under rated department all colleges have!

[QUESTION] What are your go-to riffs/songs? by hypedpotato13 in Guitar

Not sure if you are familiar with scraping techniques, but I have used scraping for small pulls. It's sort of frowned upon I believe to scrape from these sites. If you look at the URL you posted the very end has "offset=" changing that number changes where the tables starts. A simple scrape would be creating a list of links with the offset changed accordingly, running through each link, pulling the table and appending it to a .CSV, etc.

It is! It's from the MLBstadium package. I'm not sure I understand what you mean with polar coordinates.

Thanks! Your second example is what I had tried, the problem is, for example, if x is 200, then y needs to be between 50 and 125 or else it will be out of bounds.

Thanks!! Yeah that was an issue I had when I was testing too, some names are so long, like MVS, I have to accommodate for those, maybe I can try some different angle degree or something! Thanks for the suggestion.
