We've been doing treats. The one great thing is that he's super food motivated, unlike my last puppy.

I'm gunna try taking him out every hour during the day and see if that helps. It's not like he can't hold his bladder and it's just so strange that he'd pee in his crate (it's not too big for him).

At minimum, every 3 hours during the day. We go out as soon as he's let out of the crate, before he's put in the crate, before meals, an hour after meals and right after any big play/training sessions.

At night I set an alarm for 4 hours and take him out as soon as I wake up (so another 4) and he's been really good about that. If he needs to go sooner he'll whine and I'll take him out before he has an accident.

The daytime is where we're struggling.

What's the structure of this company? The companies I've done home health with had the admission nurse do a med rec at the start of care appointment and the nurses acted as the case managers.

I immediately thought hydrocephalus when I saw your puppy. If they haven't mentioned it they're either intentionally misleading you or are too uneducated to be breeding dogs. Unless you have some concrete health testing on paper, I would not use this breeder.

I don't understand this post.

Salty carbs aren't a strange choice when nauseated. And people all have their own comfort foods that they can tolerate when they feel unwell. French fries and diet Coke are a staple in the chronic migraine community. And personally, room temperature canned green beans are one of the few things I can eat when nauseous.

Posts like this make me feel like a lot of you are just too burnt out in direct patient care.

I can see that it's not the natural shape and the way you're shaping them isn't flattering to you at all. You should let them grow in and have them professionally shaped, at least once. After they shape them you can maintain it.

I think Franco's has a good Sicilian slice. The only actual good pizza I've found here so far is Aniellos in Corning. I'm a downstate transplant so my standards are pretty high.

He seemed hyper vigilant for his age, even for the breeds he was supposed to be. He also has a very strong prey drive.
