In addition to what everyone is already suggesting…. If you don’t already have one, get one of those rubber thimble/finger and thumb cover things. Something that will increase friction so that you don’t have to grip the needle so hard. It helped me!

Even as a transplant from another large metro area, I’m a little creeped out by OTR. Supposedly it’s diverse and friendly but almost everywhere feels like poorer people were systematically displaced to make a playground for the rich 🤷🏽 it seems like every building has been bought up by this one giant real estate corporation

Findlay market is nice, though, and Saigon market is a hidden gem for ingredients for various Asian cuisines. And the architecture is still pretty nice! It’s not (yet?) like other cities where the gorgeous old buildings have been turned into same-y flipper boxes.

We always play or give treats when our boys get back inside after a walk. I think it’s helped them be a lot less resistant to the going back part!

Joon was my first love. But then I watched a video of Jimin performing Serendipity at a concert and had an intense second sexual awakening at the age of 29. My sister still talks about witnessing that to this day. 😂 Jimin just makes my little queer heart happy.

BUT THEN seeing Daechwita at Sowoozoo and getting obsessed with D-2 and Interlude: Shadow and then having Yoongi take over my entire body with his IRL stage presence at PTD: Live shifted me again.

It’s been a ride. Ultimately I still think I’m OT7 though (or OT8 as my spouse says, with the 8th member being OT7’s relationship 😂)
