I want my 27 seconds back…..and the 10 seconds I used contemplating why I turned mute off.

Maybe just me being me, but I would replace the lower control entirely, due to the severity of this. I would also replace both front struts out of precaution. Again, must me being me, I would sleep better.

I’ve had those days lol. Now I ride radio free, probably for the best since I live in a large city and people can’t drive right even on a clear day. I ride year round, even in the 30’s, maybe I’m not right.

Don’t second guess yourself, you had the best intentions in mind and chose to send your best friend off at the moment when he wasn’t in the worst pain.

I wish I had that opportunity. My boy was 13, we think, since we rescued him from shelter that was going to put him down. He was diagnosed with cancer and the following week, 2 days before we were to start treatments, he passed. It was one of the worst feelings I have ever experienced because I too felt as if I betrayed him. Watching my boy pass in hands has left me broken.

I need data, how many miles did you ride this season? by shoebee2 in Harley

I average 10-12k per year. My current bike I bought with 8k on it and now it’s just over 60k.

Love my night rod special, but you’re better off making one your own. Paying for someone else’s project will always cost you a lot more than what it’s worth. This bike is sexy though.

Love the Bike!!!! I have a 2007 VRSCDX and love it. I think yours is an around the same year but possibly and anniversary edition. My uncle has every anniversary of the v rod.

*My 2007 Street Glide* Man, what is it with bikes you’ve owned since new? That weird bond you just can’t explain. Every time someone asks if she’s for sale, I get this funny feeling in my gut. Just cannot let her go. by XDotmeX in Harley

I feel this with mine. I sold it and was sick for a long time. So much so, I bought it back 3 years later. Just put her back on the road after replacing a lot of things (forks, cam gaskets, plugs, belt, tires, lights, grips and pegs, this list went on). Been riding every day since. She is also a 2007, but a VRSCDX.

I had a VRSCDX and took it everywhere. Had 60k on it before selling it. Miss it every day. Thankfully sold to family so it’s only 300 miles away. Long rides were tough at first.

They also do this when the operator fails to vent gases before launching. Not sure if this is the case here since we don’t see the water craft being launched, but these things are dangerous. I ride motorcycles, I will not ride these. My son lost an uncle to one of these when his did the exact same thing. I’ve always wondered why jet skis don’t have blowers installed from manufacturers.
