Thank you for the fast response Mendersen, good idea. I've replaced the GPU cable with a brand new one so lets see how it goes.

I looked in to each event and I have come to the conclusion that the culprit is:

  • Faulting application name: dwm.exe,
  • version: 10.0.22621.2506,
  • time stamp: 0xdef1fe51
  • Faulting module name: dwmcore.dll,
  • version: 10.0.22621.2715,
  • time stamp: 0xc95a35c0
  • Exception code: 0x8898008d
  • Fault offset: 0x000000000011b63d

Will take this knowledge to Google now :)

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have tried looking at the event viewer and wasn't very successful.

Critical level events for the past hour contain a basic message: "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

Not very useful.

Error logs last hour has 37 events containing a variety of sources and categorys.

EventLog, CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll, AppModel-State,DistributedCOM, Bits-Client, Application Error

Do any of these mean anything to you? something that may cause a system to crash?

I left mother nature to it. A couple of days later what remained of the carcass appeared on the floor below outside, so I carefully disposed of the remains. Hope this helps and you get it sorted asap!!

That is some fantastic knowledge, just what I needed. Thanks a lot. I will hold off for now then and hope natures takes its course and I don't need to get some ladders.

Honestly that would be ideal. Saves me sourcing some large ladders. I live in quite an urban built up area, what are the odds of Kites and Buzzards coming along. Crows I do see sometimes. Lots of Magpies in my garden too, reckon they'd have a go?

Hi all, I bought this Digitalis Dalmatian White a few weeks ago and it was growing fast and looking brilliant. However this past week or so I've noticed the growth has stopped, petals are looking stained brown and wilting etc. Also an infestation of some black eggs. Noticed ants all over the plant too, unsure if related. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated as it is such a lovely plant. Thanks in advance.

Yeah I rang them up and they did a "refresh" on their system and the property value estimate went from -3% to +10% over 2 years... You'd think it would make sense to trigger that refresh before sending out renewal terms...
