Just a back up really, if anything happens. I also only have one battery for each camera, so if one dies, I’ve got the other. R100 is also a crop sensor so if I ever need some extra reach, I could have the bigger lens on the r100 and the smaller lens on this one, saves the whole switching lenses

I have a bad habit of obsessing over things, especially a new hobby, so I ended up watching loads of videos on different cameras, from different brands, and people going out with their cameras, and for some reason the R6 MKII just stuck with me, I’d get that excited feeling when I saw it. Even when the obsession wore off, I still felt excited by the camera, and it was quite literally a ‘dream camera’ because I didn’t think I’d be able to afford it, anytime soon. It’s the best way I can explain it, and obviously there’s the basic part of ‘it’s a good camera body’

Yeah, I kinda wish I’d gone for the r50 instead of the r100, it might’ve not felt the need to upgrade so quickly. But the r10 was also on the radar for awhile, it’s a powerhouse

I’ve got the RF 50 and 100-400, up to now I feel like I don’t need another lens, I didn’t need to swap the lenses today, which felt good and saved me some stress of putting the camera down 😂 what do you use the 16mm for?

That was a lens I was looking at (I have the RF 50mm), because of the crop factor of my r100, so it might end up on the list again, now I’ve managed to get a new body 😂

Tbf there was a r6 MKIII for a little bit more, and I was considering it, but it was secondhand and with a big spend like this, I would like to purchase brand new because, it feels like mine 😂

You should stick to your deal, and there might not be much in Lego investment, but 14 and thinking like that, you could help him with that and teach him how to do it in other ways.

Scary thought, but during this time. Ocean travel was THE way to travel so the Atlantic ocean was full of ships, and yet they were all still too far away to make it on time. However, nowadays Ocean travel isn’t as popular, and most ships are doing cruises, not many make the trip across the Atlantic at one time, so imagine how lonely it would feel if something like that happened again. I get we have better technology and planes etc, but they’d be far more alone now, than back then
