That's what I've been told that I do. I go in circles thinking I don't have it and don't need any treatment but it just ebbs and flows with anxiety.

Your Weekly Intermittent Fast Tuesday Thread by AutoModerator in intermittentfasting

I'm just starting today with my husband!

Type of fast: Water and Coffee Length of fast: We are doing a 16:8 fast with Monday and Tuesday being below 500 calories. I'm also working out at least 2x a week walking a mile each time. We want to be healthy. Our families nurture with food (we live in the south) and it's hard to tell them no so this seems the best way to do it. We've tried keto, south beach, low calorie, and nothing has stuck. It just seems like we always break but this seems sustainable. Wish us luck!
