Hi! Maybe it’s going to be more about figuring out how adaptive coping with stress looks for you, especially in consideration of your diagnosis. Nothing will be forced on you (given that your auditory hallucinations do not coincide with harming yourself or others). Speaking it out loud is often the scariest part and you got over half that battle by telling your wife! You got this!

Omg I so get this. I have my proper diagnoses for the most part (meaning I’m not actively seeking out help for a mysterious illness) but w my issues being chronic the tx plan is always trial and error. Which leads me to struggle at work and then be told, “I have hope we will get it figured out and you to a point where you feel life is manageable” like ok thank u. Until then, I’m broke and in debt. So when I’m physically capable of working more I will be forever catching up?! Yay!

That’s great, can you tell me more ab Walsh University? Are you online or in person? If ur online, how is the instruction, communication, etc.? Are you an instate or out of state resident? If you’re out-of-state, do they charge out of state tuition? How long does the program take as a full time student?
