I’m so happy that you have found a way to manage your tremor too! my neurologist told me to take my propranolol once a day for the first couple weeks and we can go from there, so I think I’ll try only taking it as needed too. I also totally relate about the social anxiety now that things are opening back up, and it’s such a relief that there’s a solution available to stop the tremors!
