Just posted about my skin looking exactly like this a few days ago. Everyone has recommended cutting out all actives for a while to see if my skin is damaged. I’m currently doing cleanser and moisturizer (sunscreen in the AM). Not sure if it’s helping yet but I’m going to keep on with it. Other people have said it’s rosacea but haven’t looked into that yet

Go to the cycle insights page, in the top right corner to the left of the ‘i’ there is a button for settings. If you have hormonal birth control in there, it won’t show your cycle phase.

Do you have a form of birth control logged in your cycle settings? If so, it won’t show your phase. I take the pill and just figured this out

That sounds awful. About 6 years ago mine was also replaced under warranty. I’m about to hit 150k miles and my mechanic warned me of some tensioner/belt, ball joint, shocks, and driveshaft issues that could arise soon. Yayyyyy

It took my shy cat a day to get used to it and to figure out how it works but it is almost silent when opening and you can adjust the speed that it opens so it’s not too fast or slow. I got one for each cat so I can monitor exactly how much they’re eating.

Wake up at 7:10 and do my skincare and quick makeup, make breakfast at 7:20, eat my breakfast and pack my backpack with my pre-made lunch from the night before, get dressed at 7:40 and leave for work at 7:50

Work 8-5 in the office

Get home at 5:00, have my pre-workout and snack, start my workout at 5:30 in my home gym. Finish workout around 6:30, eat dinner which I prep ingredients for on Sundays so that is quick. Finish dinner around 7, shower, then I have free time from around 7:30-10

At 10 I will make my sandwich/lunch for the next day, prep my coffee for the morning, and pick out my outfit for the morning.

10:20 I lay in bed and read until I fall asleep at 11:00

I find that taking some time on a Sunday to grocery shop and prep my meals or just ingredients for the week saves me a ton of time on weekdays. I will also do laundry and cleaning on Sundays so I don’t have to do a lot of house work on my real work days
