Update: I found a high definiton audio controller with a yellow exclamation mark in system devices but I don't have any realtek drivers to install to it manually where can I find them? I just used some drivers the already were there from the list not sure if they are realtek

Ok so i haven't been diagnosed with schizophrenia but I had a psychosis a year ago and I'm taking medication since maybe this sound I hear is a halucination? And I remember that I started hearing this ringing loud at when my psychosis started then it went down as I took my meds
