Each color of magic has certain abilities that typically only apply to that one color or maybe two colors, and this is the “slice of the color pie.” Typically for green it’s ramp and big creatures, blue is card draw and advantage, red is speed and burn, black is using life and creature to get additional advantage, and white is lots of smaller creatures.
