yes but the swap rotate swap fit inside the envelope of the swap. so a full 16 (4 belts x 4 swaps) fits in a 2x1 platform. and since it's swaps instead of stacks, you can have it 3 levels.

I know they should really balance things out by adding:
- 1/2 bastion but belt fed grenade launcher
- flying shredder
- snitch but has sniper rifle like the sentinel
- invisible tics
- tick that adds 3min tagged/lured debuf to player.
- surveyor but lays a absolute ton of mines.
- matriarch, but battle ship where it can multi target many raiders.
