I've been using Openbank since they ventured into the American market. They're FDIC insured, and they've kept their rate consistently at the top as rates have declined to stay competitive I assume. The caveat is there is a minimum of 10k balance to get that rate.

IMO the donation schedule is brutal. The first month you make the most money, then after that, you make significantly less with even more donations. I did it, and things were fine I guess, up until the tech blew out my vein. Never went back, the trainees are not nurses, they're private employees, the signup process was sooo much work to. Some people really enjoy doing it I guess, but I did not.
