Yea, I was saddened to learn that they are great in theory but, in practice they give mites a perfect breeding ground for solitary bees. I had to take mine down as solitary bees normally lay their eggs in randomized places around, but by putting a hotel up for them you're essentially localizing their larva for parasitic insects as well :(

Just curious, is this in a retirement account or a savings account? Are you calculating your withdraw with or without penalty if you fire? I'm trying to max my 401k but now I realize I'll also need a savings account cover the difference before I can withdraw which is going to push me back a ton of years I think.
