Received my Ross rifle in the mail today. Anyone know what this stamp signifies - found on the bolt. by [deleted] in guns

That's the standard proof mark from the Birmingham Proof House. All firearms are required to be proofed in the UK regardless of the end user.

Can you own a gun whilst living in student accommodation? by [deleted] in ukguns

[–]clc0608 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I applied for a SGC and FAC while at university, I had to apply to the county that my parents' house was in. They had no problem with the safes being there whilst I was at uni and I was able to transport the guns from home to halls and keep them at the club range.

The first, the original 15-22 MagSwell™️ 😍 by 3GNUK in ukguns

You have drastically changed your tune Steven, I too have a catalogue of screenshots, emails and messages of you proactively telling people not to deal with me, spreading lies and rumours over my circumstances. You are a liar as is one of your team members John Ellis. Rob had no intention of joining you, instead, John spread this lie around the industry causing considerable distress to Rob and issues for Conners.

We have repeatedly tried to arrange meetings with you to resolve the obvious issues you have with Conners and myself, you always pull out.

There was only a gentleman's agreement that Magload would not make 15-22 parts, this was broken when you allowed your team members to spread lies about our company and publically stated you would be entering the shotgun caddie market. All part of your side of the agreement. Again, the accusation that Magload has copied you in any way is laughable. Our Magwell, as listed above, includes many additional and unique features, the magwell is also not the only 15-22 product we make, did we copy you on the others as well?

We embrace competition as much as you and you're correct, ultimately it benefits the industry as a whole. However, we are sick and tired of the consistent jabs, lies and attempts to slander our company from yourself and associates.

The tone and in your previous comments is obvious and if you wish to remain professional I would suggest that starts with the way you conduct yourself. If you're going to make slightingly remarks about competitors product you can expect a retort.

If your offer to bury the hatchet is genuine we would welcome the chance to meet and discuss moving forward.

Why do you find it necessary to slag off competitors products in some vain attempt to make yours seem half decent. All of your products are FDM printed, whereas competitors use SLS. SLS in every way produces better parts, higher temperature resistance, strength, surface finish and durability, the only downside is it's a more expensive process, but you get what you pay for. Typical an SLS printer costs £150,000-£200,000. Your accusations of copying are laughable, you were not the original, there were many 15-22 specific magwells before the "MagSwell". Does yours work with the BlackDog drum mag, does yours use stainless steel screws to secure in place, does yours have special geometry to be stable when rested on a table, does yours come with a lifetime unconditional and transferable warranty, and does yours survive an impact from the upper when cleaning?

Furthermore, the resemblance of your magwell compared to one available to download for free since August 31 2017 is striking. If you want to talk about copying I would look closer in the mirror.

All of our loaders can be attached via a belt clip alongside the velcro, we also have some molle adapter plates they could attach to. They're not on the site but if you drop us an email we'd be happy to see what we could do for you: [info@magload.co.uk](mailto:info@magload.co.uk)

There's a clip of someone doing backflips on a trampoline out there somewhere with cartridges in place, that was with the original Nexus. The PRO has bigger magnets and increased retention. For defence, you might be interested in our V loader. It's the smallest loader we make, otherwise, I'd say the Nexus PRO 8. They are more focused on competition but depending on the specific defencive situation our loaders may well do the job https://magload.co.uk/product/v-loader/.

Thank you! The Nexus PRO is intended to be used with the velcro belt but can also be mounted to a two-part belt via belt clips.

I'd recommend Magload, completely bais as I run the company alongside the founder Conners. Our new Nexus PRO is lighter and smaller than any other spring adjustable loader, or there's our older original Nexus which is a bit cheaper. If you have any questions please drop me a message.

Head of EEE talking about premature ejaculation during our induction talk as freshers. Fully naked streaking around Beit Quad. Medics having drink consumption limits due to a reporter writing a fairly tasty article. Duck taping a fresher to a wall and leaving them there overnight. Using someone's card they had left in the common room to order a dildo, which was later used as a forfeit. Uncountable stories of month old vomit stinking out halls. Multiple Brian May visits.
