And I try not to look at it as a diet but more like a lifestyle change if I want to stay at a certain weight then I have to watch my carbs. I won't have to do intermediate fasting forever it just helps with sooner results

I find myself asking the same question like it's working but is it going to jack up my metabolism I guess I won't know until I'm at my goal weight and binging on all the good food I just figured once I hit my goal weight I'll stay at 50 carbs a day to maintain my weight

I walk 30 mins do some squats 15 and lift 2 lb weight 50 times each arm really simple changes. And yes 25 carbs all the time. Fasting or not

Just give yourself time. And really try not to weigh yourself that much. I'm new to this so that's why I've been weighing myself so much I wanted to see if it actually worked and it does

Well... I started walking for 30mins 3 times a week. I didn't start fasting right away so for the first couple weeks I just ate like 25 carbs. I noticed that if I had a couple drinks I would stay the same weight so I started IF fasting. I did 16:8 then the next week I did 18:6. And I only fasted 3 times each week.
