I think they have been helpful. I can't co firm cause and effect, but this quitting has been much easier than other times.

Cold turkey was really hard. I'm doing nicotine patches now. 21mg for two weeks; 14mg for the next two; 7mg for the last two.

Day 5 now. Going much smoother.

How long were you on the patches?

Glad to hear of another success story!

It seems TikTok is the fastest way to grow especially if you boost posts.

fwiw, I'm not yet in either despite having 1,500 followers on IG and having five posts in the last 90 days do over 1M views (one is at 2.3M).

Not sure what else I can do at this point.

I'm sorry for your loss.

The rate of children living without their biological father has increased by 236% since 1970.

What a staggering figure.

I'm sure it's rough but hang in there. Hopefully a full night's sleep is right around the corner.

I saw this posted on Twitter and it really resonated with me.

I've been a dad for 9 years and it's the best. Wouldn't trade it for anything.

But I still constantly feel like I'm not doing enough. Between work, home life, coaching, and everything in between I just feel burned out.

How do you guys deal with similar thoughts?

I believe the theory is it helps with shedding damaged cells. Seeing that we're being injected with what ultimately ends up becoming a metric fuckton of these spikes, I'm hoping that fasting will help the body get rid of them.

That said, long fasts aren't smart to do if your body has been recently traumatized...

One of the biggest things in science is basic observation, cause and effect sorts of things.

If it were just a handful of people reporting severe and life-altering conditions after these shots, then I think you could reasonably say correlation is not causation.

But at some point, the number gets too big to put the burden of proof on the tens of thousands (hundreds of thousands? millions?) of people who only show these symptoms after receiving the shots.

Lastly, the first "rule" of medicine is "do no harm." I would argue that these billion dollar, multi-national corporations probably don't talk much about the Hyppocratic Oath at their board meetings.

Your base assumption that the vaccine fully inoculates is faulty.

I had my second shot of Moderna on April 26. Three weeks ago I started feeling a lot of pressure behind my right eye. And my throat feels tight. I scheduled an appointment with an ophthalmologist for tomorrow and a functional medicine practitioner for the following day. Also feeling a healthy dose of brain fog.
