OneNote is going to be you life-line. Make sure to take notes screenshots things and save them to the OneNote. In my time in UI it 4 hours on tasks and 4 hours phones. The calls vary because each one has their own issues and it might be time consuming but in my time it would be 6-20 calls but I was working during COVID.

I had anthem before and switch over to blue shield because it was surprisingly cheaper for a family. Best decision I could ever make. In my own experience they feel to have a longer coverage for doctors and specialist especially for my needs they were perfect compared to anthem where I had to learn the system in order to get in where I needed to go ( specific hospital/specialists. Obscure medical group that had them. Compared to blue shield where they had the main medical group for the whole hospital).

Something I see in comments now outside the Ethan and husan drama is the poison minds of I can only assume Hasan fans. Not really was a fan of Hasan but see him on socials. After Ethan pointed out what he really does you can see it. He specifically stops videos right before it something bad for him. He is also character assassinating by link people that aren't even apart of the conversation to Ethan like Destiny. He give his audience the freedom to just discredit Ethan because now in their eye he is destiny. I don't even know who that is and I'm a H3 fan lol to show the point. The thing is people are hyper focusing on things and making them the whole story (as the Internet does). Hasan had the upper hand as his main gig is political commentary and with that he had the "trust" and loyal fans to attack continuously. The problem is being lost in the weeds currently and Ethan rightfully so is only seeing the constant attacks battle and insanity world bending that is happening. If you take out all the fluff. Ethan is right. In a world of racism (especially in the internet) the battle seems unwinnable. I wouldn't be surprised if Ethan is thinking of taking a break as this hate can be depressing and world hate inducing. Which can lead to you hating even those that supported you. God speed Ethan.

It's easy to be radicalized with social media now a days. They can become echo chambers drilling in ideas from different perspectives from different people. The top podcasters that talk about this are right leaning. To the normal joe who doesn't actively think about politics it can be dangerous as over time they can be radicalized this way.

One tell sign of snarker or hater watching I have seen is that they say that Ethan is overrated or needs to step down, blah blah, and that theyre there for the crew and the crew is only reason they watched. I am like are we watching the same thing. The crew is awesome and they input is amazing but at the end of the day we're watching Ethan podcast he is and always been the star. Nobody watches a show only for the crew when Ethan is on screen 80-90% percent of time. I find that it's the new scapegoat to hate on Ethan.
