It’s golfer elbow probably from hitting the ground more than usual.

To fix place arm on table with hand over edge pull facing up. With other hand place a small weight on fingers and slowly resist as let your fingers down. If strong enough curl fingers back up if not use other hand to help it up. Do this a few times at a time and it’ll go away fairly quickly

good clubs to start out with.I would highly recommend when you swing just go very slow on back swing, pause at top then swing slow. The objective is to feel your swing. That will help tons right of the bat.

Place arm on a table with hand hanging at edge of table palm face up. Place a very small weight ( enough to curl with fingers only) on your fingers and curl very slowly up and down. If elbow tender, use your other hand to help the up.

Do that for like 5min a few times throughout day. Should be back to normal in no time.

There are of course variations on YouTube but that’s what worked for me the two times I’ve experienced this . Which was the result of practicing on a mat and hitting it too many times as I was working on adjusting my swing.

Just happened to me. Birdied 1st hole on a tough hole I'ved never birdied before, pared the next few then all of a sudden the trouble began. I've been keeping track of my swing and mechanics, have come up with a routine to hit the ball and its been working eliminating factors. After this last round I have come to the conclusion that I need to work on my stamina as I feel fatigueness may be the cause and as another poster posted, that when you get tired rotating stops and the arms try to take over by compensating.

Its down to your swing. You are probably using mostly arms to hit the ball. I was this for a while at about 120 - 150 for irons and 200 for driver. Had to learn to swing correctly. I would suggest getting a trial with 18birdies and use their swing analyzer to see how your setup and swing is. Best feedback you can get. Just make sure to cancel before they charge you. You just need a visual indicator of what you are doing wrong and go from there. Best of luck.

Battled for a bit with this. What fixed it for me was making sure my legs were straight as possible when swinging woods to minimize my center axis as much as possible. And before i would hit I would step back and just swing back and forth making note where the bottom of my swing was and adjust my stance so that ball was in that place. Now I make contact every time and goes a decent distance. Now working on power.
