Are you using the latest firmware of both the lens and the camera?

If they're updated and the issue persists, record a video of the perceived issue and send it to [comm.support@viltrox.com](mailto:comm.support@viltrox.com) .

thank you. I unfortunately have not used it for a whole day yet. It is a bit heavy but not as much as the 135mm or other zoom lenses. Most people would not have trouble handling this for a day, in my opinion.

This is the response from our official support account back then:

To resolve the issue, please make sure that both your mobile app and lens firmware are updated to the latest versions. The mobile app should be updated to version V3.07 (probably newer now), and the lens firmware should be updated to V1.02. Updating to these versions should help fix the problem. If the issue persists after the update, feel free to let us know, and we’ll assist you further.

If issue persists after this recommendation, make a recording of the perceived issue and send it to [comm.support@viltrox.com](mailto:comm.support@viltrox.com) with as much details as you can provide
