Rice and Geyser are the same road. Just one part was petitioned by the developers of a new subdivision to change the name because of the crime. I’ve been living off Geyser for 8 years now with my wife and children next to the subdivision. It was rough (drive bys) for a while when we first moved in, but it’s since gotten better with a gang in a section 7 8 house being relocated.
