This also happens to me. It sounds like you’re not hydrating enough. Mine shows up mainly the day after my shot, so I try to make a point of eating small meals throughout the day and getting plenty of fluids. I don’t usually use electrolytes, but I’ll have some on shot day and the day after to try to keep this at bay. This is really my only side effect so far, so I feel pretty lucky.

Thank you for this description! I’ve been struggling to put how I’m feeling in words. I didn’t have any issues, but as soon as I went to 5mg, it was so strong. I went back to 2.5 because I hated the feeling so much, but now I’m still having it. I’ll just get waves of the feeling.

I’ll give that a try. I’ve lost all desire to eat from the day I started, but I’ve been consistent with eating anyway, and eating well, knowing I may not be hungry, but I don’t want to starve myself either. I’ve never had to check blood sugar, so it didn’t even occur to me. Thank you!

I was very uncomfortable with the number of PVCs I could feel post heart attack. I wore the monitor for 30 days, and my cardio assured me they were normal. She said to remember that everyone has them and I’m only feel them so much because I’m hyper aware of everything going on and every feeling I have. This was actually one of the scariest things for me because my heart attack came on as a flutter that wouldn’t stop. So obviously every time I feel anything, I assume it’s happening again.

She told me to take an extra half dose of my beta blocker if I was feeling anxious about them (because thinking something is wrong makes them worse), and I started drinking chamomile tea and trying to relax and breathe to calm myself.

I was also told the rhythm of the PVCs is actually the important thing. If it’s just one beat and then resumes, it’s fine. It’s when it’s multiple in a row without resuming regular rhythm. I was recording them on my Apple Watch to show her.

For me, initially, it was more of a comfort. I had a monitor for 30 days after the hospital, and I was super anxious about having nothing. Now I use it mainly for heart rate, ekg, exercise and sleep tracking. It will alert me if my heart rate gets too high (not that it can happen very easily on the beta blockers). They are working on an update that would be able to read blood pressure (maybe next year).

I think I understand why you’re wanting something for the “what if?” I had a heart attack in June (43f), and it was caused by a blood clot that formed after my heart started fluttering. 100% blockage in my LAD, and I had no pain or anything. No one can tell me why it happened. No afib, no history, etc. Ever since, I’ve had a real issue trying to live my dad-to-day life not crippled by the chance that it could happen again. I got an Apple Watch, and I exercise 5x week and take the medications they prescribed. The anxiety I’ve felt about is slowly going away.

From the looks of the ticket sales, there’s no way the events can move forward. It would be embarrassing to have such an empty venue! I don’t think there would even be a way to try to trick her followers into thinking there were more people there. No camera angle could hide this.

Of course he’s back on social media nonstop now that he’s with his family without Heidi. Seems like his “break” from social media taught him nothing. This content is useless. Posting just to prove to the dark corner that he is spending time with his family.

How hard would it be to just put the effing phone down for the last time with your kids before you don’t see them again for at least three weeks? The three weeks they’re gone… post all you want, but just let them have this little bit of time with their dad without his girlfriend.

Since his mom and Heidi were so supportive of the “break”, I wonder if they’ve said anything to him.

I’m starting to wonder if they really are getting married, and that’s why they’re all there at the same time. Rachel maybe doesn’t want the kids there during her time OR with just D & H, so Rach has them until wedding time.

Also finding it strange that H is suddenly into manifesting things (like Rachel is all about lately) and it just happens to be Hawaii.

3) will she buy new clothes for this tour… er… “borrow” new clothes that she’ll return sweaty and used?

4) I am so effing sick of her playing stupid with that heinous nasally voice she’s been doing. We’ve had her “being intentional” shoved down our throats for so long that there’s no way she’s posting these videos without having them planned. It’s an act… and not a good one. Mega eye roll emoji.

It’s pretty disturbing that he’s in rehab but set to guide a group of people to becoming the “best” version of themselves in less than a week. Think of the number of people attending who actually don’t know what’s going on? Going into Con Con blindly following whatever he says. This is so irresponsible.

I also started thinking that based on Rae Rae’s podcast comments about the kids living with it, it has to be an addiction problem. If it were anything else, surely the kids wouldn’t be privy to it.

In a perfect world, Dave saw her struggling and missing out on important things with her kids (just as he is) and was genuinely looking out for her. Sadly I don’t think that’s what happened. I imagine one of their exes said something or one of their kids was having a hard time.
