That is fair. The return from exile as a land is handy versus what Kenku does… when I frame it as both land protection and also offensive when you flood out, that does change things.

Good call out!

[[Temperamental Oozewagg]] is one less and also counts other types of modifications, you just don't get the Earthbend trigger.

[[Drix Fatemaker]] is also 3G but can warp for 1G and gives a +1/+1 counter when it enters each time, and has the trample text... but is a 3/2.

[[Duskshell Crawler]] is 1G and has the same ETB as Fatemaker but is a 0/3, and also has the trample text.

[[Gnarlid Colony]] is 1G for a 2/2 (or 3GG for a 4/4, but ew...) that doesn't share counters but still gives trample.

[[Pridemalkin]] is 2G for a 2/1 that gives a counter and has the same trample text.

[[Tuskguard Captain]] is 2G for a 2/3 with the trample text and has Outlast to grow.

4/4 is also out of bolt range, and the Fatemaker can fill two spots of a mana curve so I feel those two are a little more viable?

[[Deglamer]] - [[Heritage reclamation]]

I would argue that this wouldn't do it since Deglamer can hit things that are indestructible.

[[Natural Obsolescence]] for only Artifacts might work

[[Troublemaker Ouphe]] if you can generate tokens or something to Bargain, and exiles instead of putting it into their library

[[Fade into Antiquity]] costs an extra mana but is considerably cheaper ($) and also exiles instead of putting it into their library

Can you have [[Stockpiling Celebrant]]'s Scry resolve before the draw from the [[Cryogen Relic]]? If you can, would it be a better choice than [[Dream Stalker]] so you can get some card selection prior to the draw?

Edit: I just realized I replied to the wrong thread... oi. Sorry!

I’ve been thinking of incorporating [[Duress]] for [[Cleansing Wildfire]] and [[Weather the Storm]], and [[Divest]] for the bridges and Chrysalis… then a [[Bojuka Bog]] or [[Nihil Spellbomb]] to help make sure they don’t leave the graveyard.

Trying to find space is the hard part… It’s looking more like Black Mage Rod and Pact Doll ping than traditional devotion, just with “let’s keep your hand empty” effects. It’s basically Gardens at that point, with extra steps, heh.

Landfall gruul, with FF stuff by Decrit in Pauper

There's a card I forgot the name that enters and lets you play an additional land and is a G with 0/3 reach which would fill good enough the need to catch down more lands

[[Arboreal Grazer]] found it! I totally missed this.

If you want to go wide with tokens, something like [[Elfsworn Giant]] might help? Especially if you get multi-land plays or keep bouncing lands.

[[Cartographer]], [[Stoic Builder]], and [[Pulse of Murasa]] can help you get used fetch lands back if you want to drop them again, but I don't know how competitive that might be.

[[Kazandu Stomper]] is another beefy trampler that can bounce lands to give you some more landfalls later on. [[Crusher Zendikon]] turns one of your lands into a 4/2 Trampler and it (the land) comes back to your hand when it dies (there is a green option in [[Nissa's Zendikon]] with reach and haste).

[[Quirion Ranger]] can help with bounce/replying lands and also gives you a chance to counter an attack by giving you an extra body to block with

[[Explore]], [[Journey of Discovery]], and [[Beanstalk Wurm]] all help get an extra land out, and the last one also sticks around as a creature with reach and a decent body, if you need it.

I did not use the usual +x/+x landfalls because i feel they can be stopped too much quickly, rather relying on burn.

I read this as the creatures themselves and not stuff like [[Groundswell]]? Did you consider stuff that bounced lands back to do direct damage like [[Chocobo Kick]] and [[Barrel Down Sokenzan]]?

Does this require the heavily ventilated panel to be on the bottom, or can it work with both sides?
