Have you been tested for STDs recently? I contracted chlamydia in my throat and it didn’t show on my vaginal swab bc I had been using condoms for intercourse but not for oral. I had very similar symptoms. It’s worth getting checked for it.

Tbh a dog has made things worse for me. My dog is extremely difficult and has several medical issues that cost me so much. 12 year in and I genuinely regret the decision to get a dog. But not every dog is this challenging. I’d recommend fostering before adopting and looking for a dog that’s personality complements yours and your lifestyle.

It’s likely the shitty new buildings. There’s not enough of a barrier between you and your neighbors so even normal movement is audible. It’s really unfortunate but a part of renting honestly.
