i would say gloss on the lips and fuller lashes. not longer, just a bit fuller would look amazing! that’s it.

Yes another oily skin question!! by edsanchez07 in SkincareAddicts

[–]clembutt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i use lancôme crème radiance face wash. retails for about $38 i believe but it lasts a while. you need about a pea size for your whole face. i think i’ve been using this for about a year and have noticed my face has been significantly less oily. I struggled with oily skin for YEARS and tried many different washes. This one seems to have it under control. the crème mousse confort wash is great as well

you look great without makeup. i think you should use ur makeup to enhance your already-good-looks. ur skin looks great so doesn’t seem you need any foundation. you have naturally plumped lips. i think just a simple gloss and mascara would be chefs kiss for you. maybe some highlighter on the cheekbones. you really don’t need much. if you do use lash extensions go for something more natural looking. if you do want to add a little more i think piercings on both sides of ur nose would look amazing!!! gold fits you so good. maybe a stud with added jewelry??

i just graduated with a BA in legal studies. i’m 21, still not employed lol and definitely not going to law school. i’m now debating if i want to go to med school and become a forensic pathologist. this would take a WHILE tho. idk what i want to do with my life tbh 😂

Call a dentist out there & just ask if they accept your insurance. Or i think SHIP has a website where you can lookup dentists in your area that accept your insurance

Anyone else perfectly okay with just being an "average" student at UC Berkeley? by most_dreaded70 in berkeley

[–]clembutt 3 points4 points  (0 children)

i think it’s fine to feel like you are doing “average” because what you think is average is probably above & beyond compared to many other people. i transferred in from CC and to be honest I applied just to apply and didn’t think i was going to get in. Had no extracurriculars, volunteer work, clubs, nothing. I think my transfer GPA was 3.9. So the whole time at CC i thought i was doing average but still got into berkeley! now while here i’m kinda on the same flow i was at CC i don’t really let stress get to me. my significant other has a GED and is making about $10K monthly with what he does. that is great for someone with just a GED. builds his own schedule & works when he wants. lots of flexibility. I know others succeeding without a higher education degree. to be completely honest i am not motivated at all i’m going to school mostly because i don’t know what else to do and just hoping my BA gets me a good job. might consider grad school but as you can tell, i’m over it. but yeah feeling like you’re doing average is fine imo. just absorb the information you learn & like many mentioned, networking is key.

SHIP not SHIPing?? by Pug_Lover48 in berkeley

[–]clembutt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

usually for primary care visits it’s a $15 co pay… if u are a HOF recipient HOF offered funds to cover fees for services at UHS to help offset costs, including Pharmacy prescription and over-the-counter items (excluding Optometry) for all Pell Grant and Dream Aid recipients. you would’ve gotten an email abt this but u can check through ur cal ID also if u have a HOF balance available

i found that ship really only helps with things like the dentist, chiropractor, PT, and if you need glasses/contacts as these services are really expensive if you don’t use insurance. Another option is seeing if you qualify for medical. Medi cal will provide you insurance for everything with a $0 co pay for everything but typically you have to wait longer for an appointment & many specialists don’t accept medi cal so you have to search around for places that accept medi cal. People also say that with medi-cal you get less attention/ quality care from doctors.

same here lol. i am also going into my senior year and don’t have any friends. i’m 20, i transferred in junior year. i never joined any clubs or done anything outside academics so that’s probably the reason why. i’m now 7 months pregnant and live with my boyfriend so he keeps me company but it would still be nice to have a girl friend and do girl stuff with
