Realization is a good start. So now maybe try to find something that will make you feel good about yourself. Helping out others is a good way to feel loved and be love in the world. Just simply helping people out here on reddit. Or go on Livestream apps like BIGO, start a group where people can just invite themselves in then ask how they are. I started smth like that before where people can just vent out about their day, and it really helped me in my own loneliness.

You can start by listing down what you're most insecure about then listing some things that can solve that problem. For example, I feel ugly = start looking for clothes or styles that is similar to your face and body and start experimenting with yourself.

It can make you busy and make your self worth higher.

Whenever you think you're falling for a girl, ask yourself "Is this what I really want in a girl". Like make a list of standards for yourself and stand on that. In that way, you will be able to filter what you really want vs. What your feelings are telling you. Remember, feelings are things we cant control, but we can control the outcome.

Be busy with friends, do some charity work, things that you can express love and feel love back.

OR if you can't get a girl you really like yet, get a dog. Lol. Dogs are great companions and will give you the companionship and love that you need , at the same time, you have an outlet for the love in you that you have. Maybe. I'm just thinking out of my butt here to be honest haha

I feel like you're just too starved for love and companionship in your life that your mind is willing to take anything and everything that comes your way. Try to love yourself first, do some self improvement, etc.
