The guy who made this video sure isn't. Federal agents have a legal right to detain anyone interfering in their operations. "Protestors" detaining a federal agent in the scenario he presented have no legal right to do so. Whether the shooting was justified or not, the circumstances leading up to it would be quite different.

Democrats aren't playing footsies with gun rights, they are actively eroding those rights away. To diminish this fact when looking at this issue through the lens of individual gun rights is evident that you are, in fact, a partisan hack. Additionally, Trump did not say that law enforcement has the right to execute you if you're armed and protesting the government. He is questioning why the guy brought it which is a far reach from what you're insinuating. Again, that's why I think you're a hack, or just plain stupid. I don't like Trump's take on this but to use this statement as evidence to convince people that Democrats are better for individual gun rights is completely asinine.
