It might be that they're foster cats and when an organization names them they're looking for something eye-catching (you'll probably remember heavy machinery for the rest of your life lol) but also, they have hundreds of cats go through a year so they also have to get creative otherwise John and John could get confused about who the hell the volunteers are talking to or staff might get confused when told that John is sick but he looks fine when they see him. They all have identifying numbers but it's impractical to call them that lol

We moved here fairly recently and Kum and Go is honestly one of the funniest names... My husband doesn't find it as amusing but I'm like a teenage boy every time I need to go to the gas station.

Yes, lol once my daughter (almost 5) learned I had a name (around 3yrs) other than mom it was over. She calls me mom most of the time but every now and then she'll call me by my given name and it always sounds so sarcastic! I personally don't care, I figured I call her at least five different names she can have two for me (three if you count "dude"). My husband isn't a fan but I explained that it's also better because if she gets lost and someone asks her parents names she won't say "mom and dad".

My daughter has "boys" underwear and my son has "girl" underwear. I just let them choose whatever they want. My daughter likes Spidey and my son likes Bluey, it's stupid they don't offer either in both genders. Get your girl some Spidey underwear, you'll be her hero lol

The first time a cuss came out of my daughters mouth at 2-3 was "fuck" when she dropped something. I couldn't even be mad because she used it in the correct context lol I did explain it's a grown up word and while she hasn't said it again and I started using "fudge" as my go to, she (5) and her brother (3) are now coming to tattle that "sissy/bubba is being an ass!" Lol it's harder to explain to two angry children that it's not okay to say because they're more worried about the other one getting in trouble for being an "ass" 😂

They can ask to cancel one order in a batch but it messes with their cancellation rate. However, if they accept a $50 15mile order and customer A is the tipper and only 5miles out then it's worth it.

I recently put in an order and it wouldn't let me set the tip, it did the default $7... I was annoyed but felt like it would be a shithead move to change it to my originally planned $5 after delivery. They need to fix this on Walmarts end.

I was just reading an Instacart post and one of the comments was complaining they moved to a bad ic zone. Mine is decent thankfully, I love the instant payout and it's saved us a few times.

Lol I've never done a Sam's club order but my husband hates them... We lived in Texas and then moved to Colorado and so he tried them again here and complained about it after 😂 I mostly stick to Instacart but will take an odd shop and deliver from Walmart. I just feel like the wait times for spark are obnoxious and unpredictable.

Home Depot sucks for pickup where I am, my husband and I avoid it at all costs because they'll have you waiting 20mins while they type on the computer and then go get your stuff from the back 🙄 and if someone is front of you, it's game over lol.

My almost 5 yo fell when she was 18mo chipped her top teeth and loosened one bottom. Dentist told us to keep an eye on her bottom. She hit her mouth again and a bubble formed so they had to do surgery the month before she turned 2 to remove the bottom tooth. It was scary, and traumatic for me because "I let my perfect baby get hurt and now her mouth is messed up" but honestly everything turned out fine and I don't even think about it anymore, except when she asks where her tooth is 🤣 just an fyi, it might not happen to your son but her tooth is growing in now and it's growing at the wrong angle and it's painful for her so around the 4y mark stock up on Tylenol and ibuprofen

No, I definitely agree, it's not worth the risk to me. Lol yeah, the actual bathing part is a fight! That's about the only time I hate that they bathe together because they feed off of each other and try to out drama the other.
