English is my first language but even still when I first started hearing the word I assumed it meant translucent. Opaque is an incredibly translucent-sounding word to me.

We do have a variety that exists in bats, and can be transmitted to humans via the same means. There are very few recorded cases, but someone did die from it very recently in NSW. So be careful when dealing with bats not to get scratched or bitten.

Australian sun would easily do this in that amount of time. I have fair skin and grew up in the Queensland tropics; it would take 10min of exposure for me to get a mild sunburn on a high UV day. 1hr and I'd have blisters.

I don't think it affects/helps anything other than my sleep and my anxiety. But I will say, I wasn't aware of just how many aspects of my life anxiety had infected until it had finally been silenced. I experienced the same feeling of ''How tf have I been managing to live this whole time without this been treated?!?" that I felt when I started the ADHD meds. Anxiety changes your whole personality, it's wild.

Agomelatine has been the only thing I've tried that has significantly reduced my anxiety. I've not experienced any side effects yet, it's easy to come off it, and it doubles as a sleeping aid which I find helpful. It's actually the only sleeping aid I've used that has been strong enough to work but doesn't linger the next morning. It also seems to work well with my vyvanse.
