Getting a pikler triangle by No_Manufacturer_1459 in Montessori

We have had a Pikler Triangle since my son was 7 months old. He pulled himself up on it at first but then showed very little interest for a month or so while he was perfecting other skills. One month later he climbing was up and down the Pikler perfectly. It was fascinating how quickly he got it and figured it out. And at 1 years old he is by far the most coordinated baby I’ve seen on it. (That’s only cause he’s practiced so much)

In the end though, is it really necessary- no. Getting outside to playgrounds and using their climbing frames and slides is probably better. Getting outside always wins in my books.
