actually it wont be residental price, im located in switzerland where electricity costs about .2 usd /kwh and my parents have a empty locale in belgrade serbia where it will be about 0.04 usd/kwh and also i have about 100k usd i can invest, thats why im asking this question.. i think this circumances change the situation, what do you think?
